There will be demonstrations of the 42+ MMTs, discussing proper hand placement, cues, pressure and getting feedback from your tablemates and TAs. You will have tons of hands-on practice, reviewing and refining your MMTs as the results of your MMTs are crucial to the NKT protocol. Manual included.

I'm Dr. Monica Chadha. I'm a rehab chiropractor and a teaching team member for Immaculate Dissection (a functional Anatomy seminar series).

I offer in person and virtual consultations as well as mentorship. My clinic is located in Vaughan/Woodbridge (Ontario) as well as from home in Liberty Village in Toronto.

My goal is to help you identify the patterns or cause of your movement and health related concerns and to create an environment where you need me less and less! As you gain the skills and ability to feel more confident in your health and movement abilities, you'll be able to rely on the knowledge and experience you've gained while we work together.

Understanding how to get out of pain and working towards prevention is how we will work together at each appointment.

I love to co-care with your other health practitioners. This creates a more full experience of recovery and success for YOU!

No, it wasn't a waste!

You will receive different types of care from different therapists, at different phases of your recovery and rehab journey. Your previous efforts were NOT a waste.

I have this convo often when meeting with new patients, as they might learn something new about their condition, or I simply offer a different approach than they may have tried before.

Our previous experiences lead us to our current ones, and as tissue heals and your health changes, your approach likely should, also!

Also, you don't have to stop one modality to start another. Co-caring and receiving the health benefits of a combined approach can be very helpful to your continued progress!
