Today is a reminder to pause and remember who we are and where we come from. The strength, resilience, and wisdom that lives in us didn’t start with us — it was carried through generations of powerful women who walked before us.
Their stories, their struggles, their love… it all lives within us.
As we honour them, we also honour the work we are doing to heal, grow, and reconnect with spirit in our own lives.
