I had such a great time guest teaching on one of membership calls, sharing what it’s like to live as a Projector. I’m not a Human Design coach, but I’ve dedicated a meaningful portion of my time to studying and experimenting my design so I can continue to refine myself as a practitioner and a human.

Projectors have deeply sensitive systems. We read into others in a way that’s unique due to a penetrating aura. To truly work with our designs, we also need to understand our authorities. Mine is splenic, which means my truth comes through instinct, which is immediate and in the moment.

Honestly, BodyTalk couldn’t be a better fit for me. My role is to use my in-the-moment insight to support your body, mind, and spirit in finding their healthiest expression. Your role is simply to book an appointment, and I will be so honoured to accept your invitation to see, understand, and supported you.

Regardless if you are a man or a woman, there are times during our creative process where all we need to do to encourage our desire to come into fruition is simply, but powerfully, loving it.

Just as if it was a growing fetus within us.

Whatever you are currently birthing into your life is also an energy that needs unconditional love to fully thrive.

Take stock of all that you are currently working on. Can you take the time.
The pause.
The stillness.

Have you ever been in such a struggle that it completely takes over your life and your thoughts? I was in this place over the past year.

All the things I had been worrying about manifested as pain and tension in my body. After a year, I was at my wits’ end. I truly didn’t think I could manage it much longer.

But my perseverance in diving into my system, layer after layer, hoping to finally reach the core, eventually paid off.

The final layer of consciousness that brought the breakthrough I was so desperate for was joy. Yes, joy.

Many would say I am a joyful person, and I am. But like many people, I also carry a consistent sadness within my being. Even though I already knew that joy and sadness cannot be separated, I still seemed to choose one or the other in my personal life, like the flipping of a coin.

I woke up one morning and it finally, truly hit me just how inseparable they are, not two flat sides of the same coin, but dynamic and interwoven.

So instead of only focusing on my pain as I tried to get out of bed, I also looked for something to feel joyful about in that exact same moment. And it shifted my pain.

So I kept doing it. I started finding joy alongside my pain and suffering. That shift created the release I needed so that during my next BodyTalk session we were able to connect energy lines in my system that I hadn’t been able to maintain before.

After that session, my mobility improved and the pain decreased even more. Finally.

The key message for me was joy. Simple and profound.

I often talk about not bypassing my shadows. I sit in them until I can move through them. But how often had I been bypassing my light? When did I start treating joy like something reserved for special occasions, instead of a constant companion that helps me move through my shadows?

I know it can be hard to find joy when we are in the pits of our own hells. But I promise you, it is still there.

Expand your perspective and take a look around. Let your gaze settle on something beautiful. Put on a song that sings to your soul. Walk in nature and marvel at it.

Just don’t bypass it.

Your joy is medicine.

I didn’t choose to explore what the number 13 represents. It chose me.

The frequency has shown me how collective it is, how it connects everything into a unified field.

We have been living in a system built on 12. The time has come to embrace the nature of 13.

13 ties humanity together as one organism.
13 brings nature back into rule.
13 anchors the Bodhisattvas in the world.
13 is a place beyond masculine and feminine.
13 is the carrier of pure life force.
13 is full of love, grace and integrity.
13 is the hero we have been looking for.

If you feel a spark when you tune into the mystery of that number, then you may be ready for the upgrade 😉🪄

Sisters! We invite you to The Crossing of the Thirteen Gates, a guided journey into the energetic, esoteric, and physical layers of our DNA.

Through somatic experience, plant allies, and vibrational sound, we will explore the 13 layers of DNA and open deeper pathways of alignment, awareness, and feminine potential.

Pam Dhillon - - will guide the teachings and quantum activations for each layer.
Jaye Siegmueller - - will bring plant allies in oils, essences, and non-psychedelic offerings.

Friday the 13th has long been misunderstood. Once honored as a day of feminine wisdom, intuition, and creation, it is asking to be remembered again.

We gather on Friday the 13th as women devoted to study, practice, and embodied growth. To sit side by side. To witness one another. To strengthen the inner foundation the feminine is being asked to hold in this moment.

As what has been hidden rises to the surface, the feminine does not collapse or turn away. She stays. She holds. She remains present with clarity, compassion, and courage.

When women gather with intention, something ancient stirs. Something intelligent awakens. A remembering moves through the body.

This is an invitation into that remembering through The Thirteen Gates - an activation of the dormant potential within.

I work with the places in us that are usually bypassed - the roots of friction, emotional density, and suffering.

I hold spaces where what is out of alignment can be felt, listened to, and restored. Integrity of consciousness, emotions and body is what I’m here to build.

I provoke honesty. My presence invites what has been hidden, half-lived, or held at arm’s length to come forward.

I trust the wisdom of struggle. When we stop resisting it, meaning reveals itself and perseverance becomes devotion. From this place, life reorganizes from the inside out, guided by rhythm rather than force.

My work weaves consciousness-based medicine, embodied practice, emotional alchemy, and collective awareness. These are not modalities I apply. They are expressions of how I live and how I listen.

This work is for those who have a desire to live their fullest life. Unbound, authentic and attuned.

This year, more than others, I felt a deep desire to continue my winter hibernation after the flip of the calendar. My system, like many of us, has been deeply conditioned to see January 1st as a time for action. I remember feeling like I had to dig deep to cultivate the energy needed to execute a grand New Year’s resolution. I can’t count how many times I disappointed myself as I “failed” another attempt at my big January action plan. That failure would instill a deep sense of disappointment within myself, which then snowballed into low confidence and, eventually, low self-love, as my self-worth had been closely tied to success as we’ve been conditioned to define it.

Over the years, I’ve deepened my connection to the rhythm of nature. Nature is still asleep. Nature is not in bloom. Nature is not in action. Nature is in the season of death. Birth comes in the spring, and the full expansion of action comes in the summer. So why are we creating big action now? Why are we struggling against the grain of this planet’s rhythms? Who decided that the dead of winter was the perfect time to fully become a new you?

This winter season has been about rest, rejuvenation, and recovery. As I’ve deepened into listening to my environment instead of trying to control it, I’ve found a sense of peace. I’ve noticed my stress has decreased. My adrenals are happier. My hormones feel more regulated. Go figure. The rhythm of our bodies likes to be in sync with nature.

This isn’t to say there isn’t a part of me that still enjoys some of the traditions of a new calendar year. I love anchoring into a word of the year and setting intentions. I see these practices more like seeds beneath the soil. They’ll begin to sprout in the spring, grow tall in the summer, deepen into wisdom in the fall, and then return to the stillness of embodiment in winter.
