Our bodies are incredible, both diverse and unique.

Imagine if we could go to a car dealership and purchase a self-healing car, with a renewable energy source, and the most advanced computer available to control it.

Even if you have chronic pain, a missing limb, or a fused spine. Your body will fight to live again and again whether you want it to or not. It might complain, give out, or scream out in pain, but it'll never give up until the very end.

Keep that in mind next time you get off of your 10 hour shift and wonder if you have time to do some yoga. After you finish training at the gym or Dojo and your body is telling you to go sit on the couch. Take a few extra minutes and do something nice for yourself.

We have over 21 muscles that are responsible for, or aid in breathing.

When we work out, shovel snow, sit at a desk, study all day, sleep, we use these muscles 24 hours. Let's give these muscles some credit.

Hello again everyone!

Everyone needs some good TLC to help with everyday aches and pains.

Every day we're moving, lifting, walking, standing, sitting and more. Some deal with regular chronic pain, injuries or compensations. Plenty of us also suffer from depression, stress, and anxiety.

Regardless of the cause, massage may be able to help. Using Swedish and non-Swedish massage techniques, we focus on relaxation and target your areas of concern for that day.

Over several sessions we begin to see patterns and can create an action plan to help you towards your long term health and wellness goals.

I completed my spa certificate through OVCMT in July 2020, and I plan on completing my schooling to become a registered massage therapist by 2023.

I offer a full body relaxation massage for $60/hour
