Consider this your official permission slip for the weekend:

Pleasure doesn’t need to be spontaneous to count.
Using tools doesn’t make you “extra.”
And asking for what you want is deeply attractive behaviour.

Midlife intimacy isn’t about performing. It’s about enjoying.

So whatever brings laughter, warmth, curiosity, or a little spark — that counts.

Happy Find Your Joy Friday

We are off to follow our own advice...

Trick for vi****or shopping:

Tip of the nose.
That’s your preview.

If your nose goes, “Oh hello,” your body likely will too.

You’re welcome.

We love confidence.
We do not love bad information.

A lot of women are told they’re “special” because they don’t need l**e.

But here’s the truth:
Friction doesn’t care how special you are.

Bodies change.
Skin changes.
And l**e is just a tool — not a verdict.

Our free seminar busts the biggest l**e myths we still hear every day, including this one.

We need to talk about permission.

Not the loud, performative kind — the quiet kind most of us were never given.

We loved this seminar with Cindy Scharkey — nurse, educator, podcast host, and author of Permission for Pleasure — and honestly… we could’ve talked to her all day.

A few things we loved:
• She calls midlife a turning inward, not a decline
• She says many women are in a full-on pleasure crisis (yep)
• She reminds us that desire often becomes responsive, not spontaneous
• And that using l**e, learning your body, or being curious isn’t “extra” — it’s self-care

Also: the cl****is deserved a MUCH better PR team in s*x ed. Just saying.

This conversation is thoughtful, practical, and incredibly validating — and it’s completely free.

No pressure.
No fixing yourself.
Just permission to learn, laugh, and feel a little more at home in your body.

Okay but why is January always like this.

We’re back.
Kind of.
Emotionally… still buffering.

No big announcements.
No pressure to reinvent your life.
Just easing into the year, one coffee and one deep breath at a time.

If you’re feeling the same — you’re in very good company.

If no one ever taught you what’s actually going on “down there” — you’re not alone.

That’s exactly why we offer free seminars for midlife women. No shame. No fluff. Just real answers.

One of our most-watched sessions is “What’s Up Down There?” with Kim Vopni Va**na Coach — a leading voice in pelvic floor health who has helped thousands of women navigate things like incontinence, prolapse, and discomfort.

This seminar breaks down:
• why these changes happen
• what actually helps (and what doesn’t)
• how to reduce symptoms and feel confident in your body again

Because embarrassment helps no one — and knowledge changes everything.

If this topic has ever crossed your mind… this one’s for you.
Free. On our site. Watch anytime. Follow the link to our free seminars page.

Find Your Joy Friday — our last one of 2025.

What a year.
High highs. Low lows. Big lessons.
Plenty of “what the hell are we doing?” moments too.

But when we scroll back through our camera roll, this is what we see:
Laughter. Sun. Travel. Celebrations. Friendship. Movement. Curiosity.
And so much joy woven through it all.

Building a business, navigating midlife, chasing big dreams — it’s rarely a straight line.
But joy doesn’t wait for things to be perfect.
It shows up in the middle of the mess… if you let it.

So as 2025 wraps up, this is your reminder:
Pause. Look back. Notice the joy you did have — even in the hard seasons.

We’ll be back in the new year, still finding ours.
And cheering you on as you find yours too.

🎄✨ Merry Clitmas ✨🎄

Our Christmas tree understood the assignment.
A little sparkle, a little sass, and a Womanizer Enhance tucked in for good measure.

Because nothing says festive joy like:
🎁 thoughtful gifts
🎄 twinkly lights
✨ and a few tiny cl****ises hanging proudly from the branches

Consider this your reminder that pleasure does belong on the nice list — especially at Christmas.

Thanks to for encouraging us to keep the holidays merry, bright, and just a little bit cheeky. 💫

The holidays are loud. Busy. Demanding.
And by the time you finally slow down, you’re often running on empty.

That’s why we’re sharing our very first free seminar again.

In it, Dr. Carolin Klein speaks candidly about why desire so often fades—especially during stressful, overfull seasons of life—and what actually helps bring it back.

She covers:
• how desire really works in women’s bodies
• why pressure, expectations, and “shoulds” shut it down
• how our beliefs about s*x quietly work against us

Think of this as a pause button.
A quiet hour to unwind, learn something new about yourself, and reconnect—without fixing, forcing, or performing.

Curl up, put your feet up, and let this be something just for you.

Why does every l**e ad turn into a hormone therapy debate? 😅

If you’ve been in our comments lately, you’ve seen it:
Post a lubricant… and suddenly everyone is talking about Menopausal Hormone Therapy (MHT).

Here’s the truth:
We fully support MHT.
We talk about it in our seminars, our newsletters, our videos — because for many women, it can be absolutely life-changing.

But here’s the other truth:
Even with MHT, most women still need two essentials — a va**nal moisturizer and a lubricant.

✨ Moisturizer (Okanagan Glow)
Think of Glow as daily hydration for your v***a and va**na. It works deep in the tissue to support comfort, elasticity, and long-term moisture.

✨ Lubricant (Okanagan Joy)
Joy is your instant comfort — reducing friction in the moment, making intimacy smoother, easier, and more enjoyable.

MHT supports the tissue.
Moisturizer supports the hydration.
Lubricant supports the experience.

They’re not replacements for each other — they work together.

So yes, we love your passion for MHT.
Yes, we encourage education about it.
And yes… we’re still going to recommend Glow and Joy.
Because midlife women deserve every tool that helps them feel good.
