I embrace darkness, light and every mixture of dark and light as my sacred teachers .

Some may look at my life and see suffering and pain. I see a logical pattern of events that shaped who I am.

I am grateful for all of it and I love who I have become and am becoming because of it.

This is not a should on a spiritual path ... it is where I am now after owning and healings all parts of myself through shadow work and empowering love.

I arrived here naturally so that what I am saying aligns with what I feel . Thiis is an inner state of coherance and alignment.

Which occurs in state of Radical inner Authenticity and Acceptance. which allows you to move into a state of increasing inner grace.

Authenticity thrives in a nurturing environment.

In the absence of love and acceptance it is actually not a survival instinct to put authenticity above self protection.

This includes what is inside of you. Is your internal environment a suitable place to raise a child ?

If your first response is to rescue that child... that's your answer ...

So Inside ourselves we want a friendly environment where the Authentic parts of ourselves do not need to hide.

Its not hide and seek when you are dealing with a critical inner voice of judgement and blame. That's a monster inside.

We want to turn that monster into a cuddly loving being of radiant love. This is where the magick of unconditional love comes in.

Blame and Judgement are the perfect energies to create self perpetuating cycle that feeds intrinsically on generating negativity.

See not with the eyes of the mind for your thoughts can easily give the impression that your thought is the limit

It is not but, it is the faith you have in your thoughts being the limit that keeps you caged. Beliefs are optional and adjusting them in accordance with your highest good is possible.

And very liberating in terms of not having to carry heavy emotional baggage . Its also wonderfully freeing to the mind to consider new and more flexible thoughts and beliefs.

As for judgement and blame, this is the result of unhealed trauma and and emotional pain.

Finding and healing your shadows with love and compassion is what allows you to achieve a stage above judgement.

Which gives you a multitude of spiritual gifts including grace, compassion and understanding . It is the state necessary for total forgiveness.

And it is the state at which human kind can begin to heal and resolve centuries old conflict and problems seen by the current dominant human mindset sees as unsolvable.

So before you react remember.. judgement and blame continue to fuel the cycle ..... solutions that consider everyone exist above judgement.

Judgement is never a solution to the problem. It just keeps you stuck giving your mind the impression that blaming others is actually a useful action.

I also love the Goddess who has stood by me devotedly during my healing journey.

It was her Divine love which led me back to being able trust in a higher power.

She is always with me and with her support gently taught me to believe in a loving God.

Imagine my delight upon discovering Anahita who is still a Goddess in Zoriasmticism which originated in very Ancient Persia.

As did my maternal mtdna which linked me to what is now Northern Iran... Ancient Persia. Which is how I discovered Anahita.

We have a very personal and sacred connection. I honor her and all the Goddesses in human history.

The Divine Feminine is not a component of mainstream Religion here in North America.

A woman trained to be submissive and always put others first does not have the skills to protect herself in an abusive relationship.

There is nowhere in mainstream religion here that will allow a woman to connect with a feminine divine energy that will empower her.

Except Witchcraft ... and Wicca ... but that's a story for another day 🙃

Embody your spirit fully and work on bringing heaven to earth and grounding it firmly through joy.

We reach towards heaven as if it is out of human reach. But I tell you truly that heaven on earth begins inside of you.

Can you feel it ? That warm glow within your heart which calls you to sing, dance, love and create... that is your divine spark within.

Spiritual light wrapped in limitless healing compassionate love feels, warm, safe, loving and inviting.

It is not the light of rigid control and terror of its dark comrade. Of which light would not exist without.

It is a light that has no fear of darkness and understands the light and dark are like siblings with the same creator.

They are designed to work in harmony with each other to enhance our journey through life, not to fight and anihilate each other.

True spiritual light radiates a felt sense of love and is best connected to through the heart.

If it feels like a pleasantly warm spring day where beams of sunlight dance in patterns of light and shade. Gently touching, soothing and embracing shimmers of Golden light.

If this golden light wishes to flow through your body let it in and embrace its healing love as the light moves through you.

What the light feels like is very important. Having experienced cold and theoretically spiritual light in my past with the brain being the receiver and importance of the heart overlooked.

What it feels like in your body is the most important gauge. Lightwork without Shadow work healing leaves you disconnected from your body.

Leading one to believe that their thoughts are acutally emotions because they have no idea what spiritual feelings feel like.

Highly recommended to always built your self love, self esteem and heal all emotional trauma first before following a path of spiritual ascension.

The healed self will give you feedback that is accurate through feelings and the mind.

Jesus is not just for Christians, he is for Everyone. For myself Jesus found me and introduced me to his guidance and spiritual energy long before I ever set foot in a Church or read the bible.

As a young mother he appearred to me in a vision ... a doorway opened in my mind and Jesus walked in. Surprised at his appearance I took the encounter seriously and committed myself to follow his teachings and his beautiful forgiving heart and loving ways.

The felt presence of his spirit was beyond amazing and just what I needed at the time... I did go to church and read the bible but in no place did I feel the love of Jesus as I did in that first encounter.

Later I left the church because they did not have the love in their hearts at my standards and wanted me to accept condemning good people to eternal damnation in hell.

As for the others too damaged by life to grow into a healthy human.... those one also condemned to damnation for eternity...the ease with judging and condemning was nauseating beyond belief.

Their capacity for coldness and lack of compassionate love was based on beliefs programmed within their minds for generation that did not permit full love and compassion.

This I knew was not why Jesus had called me... his way is the way or love and healing. And yes I do still specifically connect with Jesus during my meditation from time to time.

He has never turned me down when I am in need of his loving guidance and healing love.

You see Jesus was not a Christian. He never founded Christianity nor did he write down any of his own teachings. He certaintly did not write the new testament.

In the beginning many were attracted to the stories of his teachings and made their unique perspective on his teachings guide them.

Eventually freely interpreting Jesus's teachings were made illegal and dogma was made uniform in rules . This is when the Catholic church became an Instrument of control and absolutely terrified of change.

But this is not how Jesus felt about Spirituality. Which is very obvious when you just study Jesus's actions and heart within his own lifetime.

The building of Christianity within North America began with many different interpretations of Jesus and the Bible so that we now have 45,000 different Christian demoninations in North America.

People were convinced by altering and perfecting their perception of Jesus and the Bible with the conviction if they got everything right they would be the chosen ones.

They are keeping religion in their head.... not their heart which does not require any human beliefs to attain.

Beliefs tend to separate us... not just from each other but from Divine source or Spiritual Masters like Jesus.

Less thinking ... more value on feeling is needed... if it feels safe and loving then that is what it is. Your mind is amazing but it is not designed to help us connect with Divine love... that's what the heart is for.

The buring spark within me that connects is centered in my heart and solar plexus chakras. This is how I connect... its felt not thought....

The Jesus that I know leads me with feelings ... which is the strongest motivating energy.

It does not require having a picture perfect approved by humans belief systems. 45,000 different Christian demoninations in North
america based on beliefs. Splitting and separating sows division... And yet the Divine Sources love for all is inclusive and limitless.

We do not have a God of Judgement who sows division... that part is human invention ...

Healing limitless love is the way of our Divine source . Having a judgemental emotionally labile God Source is a projection of an unhealed state.

Believing that others would be sent to hell for not having your set of beliefs is projecting unforgiveness and judgement upon God.

Guess what that unforgiveness and Judgement is part of you that needs healing love and compassion .

Our image and perception we hold of God, a higher power is actually a projection of parts of yourself. If you are unhealed so too will be your God.

My favourite colour of spiritual light is golden. I say favourite because it is the most likely form of spiritual light to engulf me within and without during connecting with the divine.

Since I am in meditation my eyes are closed. The radiant gold light is warm and loving ... powerfully healing and dancing with love and joy.

And so amazingly warm, like radiant golden light flowing through my body ... my inner flame I feel explodes in radiant heat and brilliant light..

And every time I feel it I am drawn back for more ... sacred divine inclusive light buring brightly within my heart and soul.
