I’m excited to be a part of this wonderful event! Come say hi, meet Kira, and learn more about music therapy- along with other counselling and wellness offerings in Vernon!

We have an exciting NEW event coming to Vernon on Wednesday April 15th from 2:00 - 7:00 PM at the Prestige Inn at 4411-32nd Street (across from London Drugs)

The Counselling Options and Alternatives Events will be filled with counsellors and therapists of all kinds.

We will a variety of Counsellors and Therapists for you to talk to, learn about what they do and how they can help you

There will be information about qualifications and designations which will also be provided to help you choose your counsellor

We will also be having speakers from Canadian Mental Health Association Vernon & District, Family Resource Centre and NOHS - North Okanagan Hospice Society who will share what they have to offer. These talks will be running from 2:30-4:30 and from 5:00 - 7:00 PM

If you have always wondered about how to find the right counsellor, ask questions to a potential counsellor, find out if they are covered by extended benefits, who offers free or low cost sessions and so much more then this is the event for you

We hope to see you at this drop in event which is FREE but a small donation is greatly appreciated

Weekend well spent on professional development! ✅

Greatful to have been able to attend the Music Therapy Association of British Columbia (MTABC) conference online this year. Fulfilling our annual continuing education requirement is a key part of the ethics a Music Therapist must follow, and this years lineup was fantastic. A major highlight was hearing from the iconic Barbra Wheeler! Plus, the presentations from my fellow BC Music Therapists were incredibly insightful. Back to practice with fresh inspiration ❤️
