The truth is..
My capacity to support others, depends on how well I support myself.
These are just a few things that I do to support my body, my nervous system, and pour back into my own vessel before I can tend to yours.
🏂⛰️ I love to snowboard in the winters and mountain bike in the summers, that's why you'll find me having more availability in my schedule in the afternoon + evenings.
🧘♀️💪 Whether I'm hitting a hot yoga class at my fave local studio, or simply taking 10 minutes to do a yoga flow in my treatment room, prioritizing movement + self-care is one of my non-negotiables.
🐾🍂 I have a 7 (almost 8-year-old Red Lab, Hurley) who gets me outside, walking, connecting with nature on the daily and it's one of my favorite parts of the day.
