The most specific rehab program for runners? Running! Let's use the activities people love to do as part of their recovery 🤯
There are many types of runners, changing their running signature can be a slow, and often unnecessary part of recovery, instead focus on building the capacity of the structures involved in running 🦵
Look deep into a runners programming, modulate their training to accommodate for their injury and slowly build towards their goals 🎯
Running related research is messy. There's a lot of information out there, often with conflicting results. This can make finding truth difficult. Be thoughtful in interpreting research, considering the methodology and being cautious on how we interpret the findings 🤓
