👋 Let's welcome Wilson, the newest member of the Pursuit team!

🌱Wilson brings over three years of experience in hospital-based orthopedic rehabilitation. In that time, he worked with a wide range of patients — from those recovering after surgery to individuals managing chronic pain or regaining mobility following injury.

Wilson is excited to return to clinic-based care, where he can form ongoing connections with patients and support them in achieving lasting results. When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find him exploring new activities, as he admits to having “more hobbies than time” — from outdoor adventures to learning new skills.

Halloween vibes are scary enough without chasing “the perfect posture.” 🕷🎃👻

Spine-tingling postural myths are back from the dead this season—spoiler: posture is only a tiny piece of the puzzle. 💀

At Pursuit Physiotherapy, we know:
- Posture varies from moment to moment and across days.
- Postural alignment does not reliably predict pain.
- What truly matters is function, goals, and how you move every day.

If I had a dollar for everyone who blamed pain on posture I’d be rich (or at least be able to buy a house in Victoria🪦), but the science says: standing tall in a snapshot isn’t the full story.

Many studies show no consistent difference in posture between those with and without pain, and people without pain often slump or adopt different poses too. So why let a single image dictate your care?

Posture is one piece of the exam, not the verdict. We focus on your function, your goals, and your overall quality of life—because that’s what really makes a difference.
