Hey Everyone! I'm excited to announce that I have created a Creative Mindfulness Walk along the Gorge Waterway path in Saanich, as part of Saanich's Family Arts "Family Bubble" Festival 2021! I have installed seven art pieces that can be viewed, while listening to downloadable mindfulness prompts, written and read by me. The artworks will be available for viewing from Family Day weekend (Feb 15) and for the next four weeks! For more info check out my website via the link below:
