All my clients before they came to thought they could figure it all out on their own. And they thought diet after diet they would change. But nothing worked. Until they hired me.
We all know that we should do more strength training, eat less sugar and stop realigning on the elliptical to see more definition and a feminine strong body. That is not the problem. The problem is those advice is worthless if we are not DOING IT!!â
