I wanted to formally welcome Michael to the team. Michael Simard is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor who also practices Somatic Experiencing (which is excellent for trauma, anxiety, chronic grief and much more). He combines these with his Yoga, Mindfulness and Kungfu training.
