Because therapy isn’t just about helpful responses.

It’s about nervous systems.
It’s about attunement.
It’s about sitting with someone in the messy, human moments and helping them feel less alone.

AI can reflect your words and organize your thoughts. But it doesn’t notice your breath shift.
It doesn’t sense when a younger part of you shows up. And it can’t co-regulate with you.

Healing happens in relationship and there’s no substitute for that!

Art therapy creates space to express yourself without overthinking every word. It helps bypass the part of you that wants to rationalize or “get it right” and instead taps into what’s happening beneath the surface.

You don’t need to be artistic or “good” at art. You just need a willingness to explore in a different way.
