We are thrilled to be teaching our courses in Munich, Germany for the May 23-24, 2025 weekend with .health. It will be our first overseas course event for Running Mechanics Professional.

Here's the men's 100m final from Canadian Olympic Trials. Only 10.20 sec for the win by Andre DeGrasse, but it was quite chilly on a Friday evening (17-18 C, 65 F) with a slight headwind.

If they turn up the heat in Paris, it will be quite a different result. Also, bodes well for the 4x100m relay.

We’re thrilled to be working with the Arizona Coyotes this Spring and their continuing education efforts. We integrate the off-ice sprint training with the on-ice speed requirements in a combination of virtual course resources and in-person instruction.

The hybrid teaching model of virtual learning and in-person practical teaching and demonstrations has been a successful education model for pro teams and university programs given their time constraints. Learning 24-7 is the way to go!

We’re heading back to Texas!

Just over three years ago we had a tremendous turnout for our Level 1 Foundations and Level 2 MED courses in Plano, TX at Children’s Health Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. Now we are going back with fully a upgraded curriculum.
