We're excited to announce the start of our Kids Program for Ages 6 to 11. Classes will be once a week (for now) on Mondays from 5 to 6pm at the Colwood Community Hall 2219 Sooke Rd. First class Sept 22. No previous martial arts experience necessary. Please message me for more details.

Our federation offers plenty of karate "enrichment" opportunities. Several of the Alberta and Saskatchewan athletes traveled to Okinawa this week to train at the birthplace of traditional Sh*to-Ryu.

Canadian group training at the Jundokan Goju-Ryu Sohonbu dojo in Naha. Masters Gima and Kinjo are so skilled and so friendly to work with. Everyone really enjoyed the experience and learned so much. Our tour was organized by Visit Karate Okinawa -produced by Ageshio Japan Co.,Ltd（アゲシオジャパン株式会社） and we highly recommend their service.
