If there's one thing we know how to do here - it's having fun! We recently hosted 3 couples in our annual "Not So Newlywed" Game. We laughed, we drank, we cheered! Joy truly is Ageless when you're here with us.

There’s a rhythm to the fitness space here that’s hard to explain until you’ve seen it.

People come in, they get going, we adjust things along the way, and over time it just… builds. Strength, confidence, a bit more ease in how people move.

No one is making a big deal out of it, but it matters. Especially when you start to notice it showing up outside the gym, in everyday life. That’s usually when it clicks.

Fitness classes Mon-Fri at 9AM and 10AM on the 5th floor, with our very own certified personal trainers and kinesiologists! Weekend Zumba, Tai Chi and Strength Training!

We had a bit of a dynamic duo for March Movement, and from day one they were on a mission. Not subtle about it either 😁

We celebrated them with gift baskets curated in-house and tickets to an upcoming performance with our friends at the Victoria Symphony, which felt like a pretty fitting way to mark it.

I’ll be honest, my bucket is full watching this kind of thing happen, but so is theirs. This is what retirement living should look like. People pushing themselves, trying something new, getting a little competitive, and actually feeling excited about it. You could see the pride, and it was well earned.

We hired someone great and we want you to know about it!
Mariana joins us this week as our new Kinesiologist. She loves movement and dance, she has worked in senior living before, and she has the kind of energy that makes you want to always show up to things.
Say hi when you see her in the fitness centre! She is going to fit right in here - as evidenced by her jumping right in to ping pong this afternoon!😁🏓

The harbour is doing that thing it does in spring and we are fully here for it! Cherry blossoms incoming. Waterfront walks. That particular Victoria light that makes everyone feel like they made the right life choices. We are steps from all of it and we remind ourselves of that every single day. On January 17th, Victoria Harbour opened its doors to kick off Dance Days 2026, Victoria’s annual 10-day celebration of free dance and movement across the city.
We were proud to be the presenting sponsor this year, and prouder still to host the opening event right here in our lobby. Brenna from Belle Spirale led a contemporary movement class that brought together residents, neighbours, and complete strangers who just wanted to move. The reception that followed was exactly what you hope these things will be.
Dance is not something that happens to you at a certain age. It is something you do. Our residents knew that before anyone asked.

This year’s Staff Appreciation Day at Victoria Harbour was an absolute showstopper — our incredible residents pulled off a circus-themed celebration in honour of our team, and it was nothing short of spectacular!

There were bright decorations, fun costumes, and enough delicious food to feed a whole troupe of performers. From popcorn buckets to clown noses and sweet treats galore, the love and laughter under our very own Big Top was unforgettable.

Staff Appreciation Day has been an annual tradition here at Victoria Harbour, but this one? It might just take the cake (which, by the way, was homemade and amazing).

A heartfelt thank you to our residents — your creativity, generosity, and spirit make this community something truly magical.

A Beautiful Day at Bilston Creek Farm 🌿🌸

Our visit to Bilston Creek Farm was nothing short of magical — peaceful grounds, the soothing scent of lavender, and beautifully curated local goods from talented vendors. There was even a real wood-fired pizza station!
A heartfelt thank you to Karen and Angie for the warmest welcome and genuine hospitality. You made us feel so special, and we truly appreciated the quiet charm of the space (even without the market in full swing!).
