On a recent group email, I sent the invitation to a deep bliss state through a couple upcoming events.

I used a croissant emoji in the subject line.

A croissant? huh? how does that event make sense?

When I saw it as I scrolled for the perfect emoji, I realized it reflected the vibe of the coming events this week....that of the pure bliss state.

Now I know you are wondering - "how did she go from croissant to that?"

You know that state you get into after eating carbs? The one where you feel the endorphins flooding your brain and your whole being relaxing. You kinda potato a little bit and enter a bit of bliss.

You feel hugged. You feel calm. You feel your nervous system reset a little (or a lot).

You're able to let go of all the things you have been rummaging around in your head because all you can feel is your body sinking in and the deep sigh (whether from the impending food coma or from the endorphin flood, we may never know...)
