This 'is' it is your heart. It is the very hum that lives within you that gets stifled by all the expectations layered upon you as you move through life.

Intuitive days are about coming out from under these expectations to find what is actually meant for you.

You may have noticed a couple of changes slowly happening around here - the logo, my name, the colours and layouts.

This past year so much shedding and coming into an even more settled space of who I am has been happening. The areas that I have shied away from, that have felt 'too big' for me, now feel just right.

It's very much so following the rhythms of the year of the Snake and, in my case, has been like the molting of the tarantula. Dark. Deep. Pure Magic. The light is here and so am I, ready to step out and up and into the brilliance that is next.

In the coming while, I'll share more about the shifts and their meanings. In the meantime, if you know me as Hilary, it's ok to still speak that name. And if you choose Hraefn (pronounced very close to H-Raven, with a bit more earth to it) instead, I also welcome it.

There is no 'right' way to journey.

For some, it is a deep restful reset. It is a space of renewed clarity and a revived spark.

For others, it is an astral journey into galactic portals, past lives, future aspects of self, and profound insights.

And for others still, it is a place to remember how to breathe, to be, and to feel into their body.

It may be different for you each and every time (which is often the case).
You show up with one expectation or intention and the journey takes you somewhere unexpected but exactly where you needed to go.

This is the layering. The Divine knows, the frequency knows, your being knows what the next piece is to be unwrapped. It may not make sense at the time, but it is exactly what is for the moment and for what is next.

When you enter the held space of sacred gathering, you enter the portal for your Thinking Mind stepping down and your Intuitive Self stepping in.

It is a beautiful space of growth, of breath, of self knowledge, of rest.
