As horse owners we need to stop thinking of rest as "time off" and start thinking of it as "part of the program"!

Rest is where the body actually repairs, rebuilds, and comes back stronger. Think of it as hitting the reset button for your performance horse. It takes at least 3 days for a horse to fully recover from intense work, which is why intentional downtime matters just as much as the work itself.

Rest is also the perfect time to support them with modalities like PEMF, helping circulation, reducing soreness, and setting them up to come back feeling their best.
