So....I'm starting a newsletter!

It's called The Good Stuff, and it's something I've been wanting to do for a while. It's my way of focusing my energy where it's actually wanted and seen - without fighting algorithms or dancing on camera (you're welcome 😉).

Honestly, social media isn't the easiest place for me to offer the kind of support I want to give. It can be a bit much at times, and I am definitely no influencer 🤣

And nope, I won't be disappearing from here.
I'll still be on socials, sharing what I can - but The Good Stuff gives me a better way to share what's actually useful (without cramming it into a square or having to remember to film and photograph everything 🤪).

It's officially been one year since I started this little business- and I honestly can't believe how fast it has gone.

This past year has been a mix of learning curves, long days, early mornings, a few "what am I even doing" moments - and so many reminders that I am exactly where I'm meant to be.

I love this work more than I can explain. It lights me up in the best way - and seeing the incredible people I've been lucky enough to work with feel better, grow, and find their version of success is hands down the most rewarding part. I am beyond grateful that I get to keep learning, growing, and showing up a little better every day.

Thank you to everyone who's been a part of my first year - whether you worked with me, cheered me on, or simply stuck around to see what this would become. I appreciate you more than you know.

This month's smoothie is as good for you as it tastes 😋 Packed with fiber and protein and is perfect for breakfast, post workout, or a sweet treat!

Here's what you'll need:

Half a frozen banana
1 C Milk (or half water/half milk)
3/4 C Frozen raspberries
1/2 C Frozen cauliflower
1/4 C Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 Tbs Chia or H**p seeds
1/2 Serving of Vanilla Protein Powder

Blend ingredients until smooth and add more liquid if needed to reach your desired consistency. Enjoy!

Smoothie Tuesday is back! I know, I missed June (sorry, friends!) - that month was a blur of kids' activities, work, and supporting my amazing clients. Life was full-on and posting just didn't happen. 😅

But now that summer is in full swing, I'm slowing down just enough to enjoy this delicious Pina Colada smoothie 🍍🥥
It's packed with balanced nutrients, whole ingredients, a boost of protein, and just the right amount of sweetness - basically, sunshine in a glass! And it's perfect for sipping on your deck pretending you're on a beach somewhere 😉🌴

Here's what you'll need:

1/2 Frozen Banana
1 C Frozen Pineapple
1 C Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 Serving of Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tbs Flaxseed

Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding extra coconut milk if needed for desired thickness.

And if you're feeling extra fancy - top smoothie with a sprinkle of coconut flakes, shot of whipped cream, marichino cherry, and cute paper umbrella and enjoy! 🍹✌️
