Therapy doesn’t always have to happen inside an office. Sometimes healing happens outside. 🌿

In our blog, we explore eco-therapy and how practices like walk-and-talk therapy can help reduce stress, improve mood, and make conversations feel more natural.

As the weather warms and people start spending more time outside, nature can become part of the healing process too.

Kids feel big emotions too, they just don’t always have the words for them. 🧸

Children’s counselling provides a supportive space where kids can express themselves through play, art, and creative activities while learning healthy ways to cope with their feelings.

We also have supports for parents and caregivers who need help for themselves, their children, and their family.

🎲 Not all connection starts with small talk. Sometimes it starts around a table, rolling dice, building characters, and stepping into a shared story.

Saving Throws & Safe Spaces is a D&D-inspired group therapy experience. We're launching an adults (22+) version for individuals who feel most like themselves through imagination, storytelling, and collaborative play.

Whether you're a longtime TTRPG player or just curious, this group blends narrative, teamwork, and reflection to support mental health in a way that feels natural.

Sometimes your body asks for care before your mind notices it. 💆

Tension in the shoulders, tightness in the back, headaches, or jaw pain can all be signs your body needs support. Massage therapy can help release that built-up tension and help your body settle.

Taking care of your physical wellbeing can make a real difference in how you move through your day.
