99% of the women I have done hormone testing on, have had some form of dysregulated cortisol
We live in a society that celebrates long work days, hustling and juggling many different jobs throughout the day
Society shames you for taking time for YOU and tells you it's selfish
No wonder 99% of my clients are SRESSED OUT!
ā–¶ļøIn the Balanced Bodies Program my main goal is to reduce stress and give you the tools to do so.
I understand there are some stressors we can't control, such as work, family, etc. But we can lessen the amount our body is under with the things we can control
If you don't manage your stress, you will not lose weight. Period
Your immune system will be compromised and you'll be sick more often
Your cravings for sugary, carb laden foods will get more and more
And your sleep will be disrupted even more than it is now!
If you want to lose weight, you need to work on supporting your stress hormone, cortisol

3. Exhaustion
The way you manage Acute stress is very different than how you manage exhaustion.
