Eighteen months ago I had a conversation with that laid the groundwork for my explorations into harnessing my hormones.
At 40, I realized that I could pay attention to my hormones to help me perform better - mentally and physically.
It is never too late - or too early - to understand your body and use this knowledge to your benefit. Recognizing the phases of your menstrual cycle is claiming your power. It doesn't matter if you are a competitive athlete, recreational athlete or have an active lifestyle - understanding and honoring your cycle allows you to plan your exercise and fuel to work with your biology and set yourself up for success.
I am so glad I started this learning journey! I have so much more to learn, and I hope that you are here to learn with me.
