I can’t bring back summer, but I can offer another way to shake off the mid-winter blaa feeling. Live Pilates sessions begin on Wednesday, Feb 1st and run until March 8th at the Wawanesa Hall. Registration for Pilates closes in two days.
Join me on Tuesdays from 7-8pm at the Glenboro hall. Class starts next week and runs through the end of November.

This class is open to everyone! Pilates is a muscular strength and endurance workout using body weight and gravity. There is a strong focus on mind-body connection and alignment.

Flex - to exhibit strength.

What’s your biggest flex? When was a time that you felt proud of yourself for doing something hard? Sticking with something scary? Or trying something out of your comfort zone?

Sometimes our biggest flex isn’t even something that we recognize in ourselves.

Eighteen months ago I had a conversation with that laid the groundwork for my explorations into harnessing my hormones.

At 40, I realized that I could pay attention to my hormones to help me perform better - mentally and physically.

It is never too late - or too early - to understand your body and use this knowledge to your benefit. Recognizing the phases of your menstrual cycle is claiming your power. It doesn't matter if you are a competitive athlete, recreational athlete or have an active lifestyle - understanding and honoring your cycle allows you to plan your exercise and fuel to work with your biology and set yourself up for success.

I am so glad I started this learning journey! I have so much more to learn, and I hope that you are here to learn with me.

Join me July 11-15th at the Wawanesa Pool and Campground at 6:30pm nightly. Drop in as many nights as you wish - no advanced registration required. $10 per class.
