This morning we held a women's circle wherein I led us through a small mindfulness practice. We activated our inner child, our innate human creativity, but most importantly the realization of the present moment. A moving meditation engaging the body, the mind and spirit. We doodled!
Yes. Doodling. Much like, intuitive painting, doodling can be indicative of where we are. Right. Now.
Following the pen, being curious, not worrying about the past marks we made or the ones we'll make in the future... Just seeing the unfolding of ourselves now.
Sometimes this feels uncomfortable, sometimes it feels exciting, sometimes, we find ourselves struggling to let go of our self imposed limitations. And guess what? It's all okay. It's all part of the realization, the process and not the outcome.
What a fun little meditation. 😊

What an incredible time we had on Saturday! We invited play, exploration and creative expression without self-judgement. It is such a beautiful thing to be immersed in the unfolding of the present moment in moving meditation. Art can be a moving meditation!

Melissa, Kar and Jess will guide you into a state of connection, meditation and relaxation. Allow yourself to receive coherent energy to cultivate peace and clarity.

What to expect

Cacao offering

Cacao is a beautiful heart opening drink that has many health benefits and allows us to be more open with ourselves and others.

Rich in antioxidants, particularly flavonoids and polyphenols, and minerals like magnesium and iron it is a power house for cardiovascular health, mood, and cognitive support.

Meditation and Sound Journey

You will be guided in an intuitively channeled meditation to lead you into the sound journey.

Meditation can slow down our brainwaves bringing us into deep states of relaxation and the ability to receive. During this session you will experience both guided meditation and sound meditation. Sound meditation is most commonly referred to as a sound bath or sound journey.

Meditation can reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus, balance emotions and increase self awareness.

Red light Therapy

Therapeutic red light will be glowing during the sound journey. Eye masks will be provided.

redlight therapy can aid in cellular healing, skin health, supporting collagen production and reducing inflammation; eases muscle/joint pain, accelerates healing, and can improve sleep cycles, reduce fatigue, and support mental well-being.

Reiki Offering

We are three Reiki Practitioners collectively offering Reiki energy throughout the session.

We will offer hands-on reiki to the crown chakra / third eye, for those who wish to receive it.

There are many benefits to energy healing work, including: Stress reduction, deep relaxation, reduced tension, feeling calm, restoring balance to the energy centers, mental clarity, improved emotional state,  facilitation of the bodies natural ability to heal, elevated states of consciousness, spiritual connection.
