Getting my yoga certification I have realized the only part of yoga I haven't embraced is the stretching.

I'm excited to take this on the road with us!

I will be doing mini yoga meditation retreats after every walk! I will find a space at every stop where possible.

It is such a great way to have your whole body relax and embody the meditation practice, adding the feeling of safety to all the new beliefs we are instilling in our minds!

In honor of getting ready for our walk across Canada, and knowing we are coming up to Christmas I have a sale from now until December 25 for 50% off readings, healing and my programs!

I put it out to the universe, I'm ready to grow, I'm ready to be seen!
So now we have confirmation from Canadian Blood Services that we have their support for our walk across Canada to raise awareness for the donations of blood and plasma and the need for more people donating as well as more beds in more areas to make it more accessable!
In this I'm excited to share my gifts of healing trauma as well as fear behind needles that does prevent people from donating!
This is an amazing adventure and I'm excited to be doing this with my partner Kosmo Cramer together for Miss You March For Blood

I have come to realize that explaining what I do has nothing on experiencing it. The way I see people shift instantly. The aura clearing and instantly brighter. The way life seems to change in a moment! It makes me so happy to see people move differently, react differently and experience life differently. From the releasing of fears, old programming and limiting beliefs to finding and embodying the truest version of self. A mix of neuroscience and soul can change the way you move through life.

I am not sharing something because I believe it could maybe work, I am sharing from experiencing it, knowing it works, it worked for me and the many more I have already helped since it worked on me almost two years ago now. That others doing similar practices have helped so many people as well.

Take a leap of faith! Step outside the box! This is my partner and I headed out on this amazing crazy journey! On top of bringing awareness to the need for blood and plasma in our growing country, I will also be offering my services as a soul guide and intuitive healer to help people step through the trauma of the experiences that result in the need to give or receive blood! Having PTSD from the receiving of plasma and living through something that many people don't, I spiraled emotionally and physically for years. Finding the process that changed my life and made this journey possible is one I have modified and perfected in my own ways to intuitively heal people's fears, traumas and pain.

So excited to raise awareness, donate more and change lives from coast to coast ❤️

It's interesting when you experience miracles and hear the person responsible is being called a con artist. I see why the people in this world stay trapped in the race when the people able to make a difference are discounted by people who don't believe in what we are able to do as humans. Not just some of us, all of us, when we are ready to.

I'm not embarrassed, nor will I ever stop crediting Chris Duncan for how his practice saved my life and sent me down a path I never anticipated nor understood even when I started it. I have taken training in neuroscience and energy work, studied hypnosis and continued to grow as an intuitive reader and gifted healer mixing together science and soul to change lives.

I am proud of myself, my gifts and how I have already changed so many lives.

I will never force anyone, nor can I, to believe in me and what I do. I will never chase clients, what I do will speak for itself when I am given the chance to do it. I have testimonials and many more coming.

I offer to do what I love, I offer sliding scales and I'm so confident in what I can do I will do it first and trust that because of the results payment for the exchange will come.. I love making a difference, I love seeing the relief when I am done.
