I know AI has its purpose, it can do some crazy things. As an intuitive I will tell you as soon as you use it, I know it and I know longer feel the authentic you. That's when I notice I lose interest in what you offer.

Through a slight headache and a few bumps from slipping yesterday I still taught my yoga class!

There was a time when I would have a hard day, break down, freak out and want to give up.

After a day of having to leave my car down the mountain and hike home... Again
And finding out a family member passed, not someone I was super close to, however still family.

I am calm and sitting in the energy of knowing that these experiences happen for me.

I did a very deep healing yesterday, one that coincides with how today has been. I know I responded differently than I ever have before and that feels really good.

Processing emotions the way we are meant to, with love, understanding, ease and quickness is definitely how to find the good and happiness that we can move through life with.

I know not every day is perfect, those are the days I show up differently and know that God doesn't make mistakes.
