I’m really excited to share our first Guided Journey of February 💖

This journey is very near and dear to my heart. It’s the result of many years of trauma, reflection, and healing.
After leaving a mentally abusive relationship, I felt broken, angry, and deeply hurt. Some people told me that “forgiveness” was the answer - that if I could just forgive, I would heal.

But that never sat right with me. How do you forgive someone who is still causing harm?

What actually changed things for me was learning to look beyond behaviour and see the wounded child underneath it. To imagine the person they were before life shaped them this way and offer that part of them what they didn’t receive back then - comfort, safety, understanding, and space to feel.

Through that process, I found empathy. And through empathy, I found a different kind of healing.

Not forced.
Not rushed.
Not performative.
Real.

I created “Understanding the Wound Between Us: Healing Your Trauma by Understanding Theirs” to help others experience this for themselves.

If you’ve ever been deeply hurt by someone and still carry it…
If a friendship ended and it still affects you…
If a relationship left emotional scars you don’t fully understand…
This journey can help you gently work through those emotions by connecting with the parts beneath the surface - in others, and in yourself.

It’s about finding resolution without minimizing what you’ve been through.
