Some days it’s your kids, your home, or your health.
Other days it’s a good movie, a quiet moment, or a hot cup of coffee before the house wakes up.

Real gratitude isn’t about impressing anyone. It’s about noticing the small things that genuinely make life feel a little better. 💖

The Moon is turning red soon.🌕🔴

I was once told not to do any energy work during a Blood Moon because the energy is “too chaotic and unstable.” Naturally, I had questions...so I did some digging.

Here’s what I learned: a Blood Moon isn’t some wild, separate force in the sky. It’s what happens during a total lunar eclipse, when the Earth shifts the pathway of light and the Full Moon turns that deep copper colour.

With that understanding, my approach changed.🤔

Now, when a Blood Moon comes around, I’m intentional. I perform very specific rituals. I may still make moon water. I might set certain crystals out. What I don’t do is throw every crystal I own on the windowsill and call it a recharge night. And sometimes, depending on what’s surfacing, I’ll skip the outward work altogether.

The reason isn’t fear. It’s awareness.

♀ Matronalia: Honouring Women, Creation & Sacred Feminine Energy 🌺

On the Kalends of March in Ancient Rome, Matronalia was celebrated - a festival dedicated to Juno Lucina, goddess of childbirth, motherhood, and the protection of women.

It was a day centred entirely around women.

Married women were honoured for their role in family and society, husbands offered gifts and prayers for their wives’ wellbeing, children expressed gratitude to their mothers, and women gathered at temples with flowers - symbols of fertility, renewal, and new beginnings.

Matronalia marked the return of life after winter. It recognized women as creators, nurturers, protectors, and initiators of new cycles.

And energetically, that theme lands directly in the sacral chakra. 🧡

The sacral chakra governs creation, fertility, sensuality, emotion, pleasure, and the ability to birth something new - whether that’s a child, an idea, a business, or a new version of yourself. It carries the frequency of flow.

Today is a beautiful day to gently bring awareness to that space.

Place your hand just below your navel and breathe there.
Notice if the energy feels open, tight, heavy, flowing.
Offer gratitude to your body for everything it creates and holds.

You can support this energy in simple, grounded ways:

🧡 Move your hips, stretch, walk, dance
