No matter the body type or the physical ability of a person there is a starting point for everyone. One on One Yoga is set in the privacy of the students home or teacher's home. Adjustment and alignment are one of the key benefits of One on One Yoga. $40/Hr

Prenatal Yoga / Postnatal Yoga - Supporting mothers to be and new mothers to take care of their mind, body, soul through this beautiful transition of life. Taught in both a class setting and One on One setting. More information upon request. Tarot Readings - 1 Hour Reading $80
