This simple towel stretch helps improve shoulder internal rotation, which is essential for daily movements like reaching behind your back, dressing, or fastening a seatbelt.

Benefits:

3 Safe Exercises for Seniors to Improve Balance & Strength 💪

Try these simple exercises at home:

🔹 1. Sit-to-Stand
Sit on a chair with feet shoulder-width apart.
Lean slightly forward and stand up, then slowly sit back down.
👉 Repeat 8–12 times

🔹 2. Heel Raises
Stand holding a chair or countertop for support.
Slowly lift your heels up onto your toes, hold for 2–3 seconds, then lower down.
👉 Repeat 10–15 times

🔹 3. Marching in Place
Stand tall holding a stable surface.
Lift one knee up at a time in a marching motion.
👉 Repeat 10–15 times each leg
