Arthritis is affecting more people than ever…

So we’re taking The Arthritis Movement on the road.

Over the next few weeks, Dr. Sean Perry and Kim Perry will be visiting several communities to talk about arthritis, joint health, and what people can actually do to improve their symptoms.

Too many people are told that arthritis is something they simply have to live with.
We believe there is so much more that can be done.

During these community talks, we’ll be sharing The 4 Pillars to Arthritis Relief and practical strategies that help people:

✔ Reduce joint pain
✔ Improve mobility
✔ Decrease inflammation
✔ Stay active and independent

📍 Upcoming Community Talks

March 19 – 1:00 PM
Wilmot Creek

March 31 – 11:30 AM
The Wellings – Stittsville

April 8 – 1:30 PM
Port Perry Seniors Club

We love connecting with communities and helping people understand that arthritis does not have to control their lives.

If you’re in one of these communities, we would love to see you there.

👉 And if you know someone who struggles with arthritis, please share this with them.

Just because we’re on holidays doesn’t mean we stop doing the things that keep us strong.

Nutrition.
Supplements.
Movement.
Pain management.

On our way up to the mountains we stopped and grabbed groceries because having a kitchen means we can keep our nutrition on point instead of living on restaurant food.

Our daily supplements? Packed. Always.

After a full day of skiing we still head to the gym for a light workout to keep the body moving and joints happy.

And at the end of the day… you’ll find us on the couch with the percussion gun and an ice pack making sure the body recovers so we can get up and do it all again tomorrow.

This isn’t about being extreme.

It’s about living the lifestyle that keeps you capable of doing the things you love — today, tomorrow, and 20 years from now.

Consistency beats motivation every time.

Most people don’t notice arthritis progressing because it happens slowly.

You just modify. You avoid. You push through. You rest more.

Until one day you realize you can’t kneel, open jars, go for long walks, golf, garden, or sleep comfortably anymore.

Arthritis is rarely a sudden loss — it’s a quiet decline.

And doing nothing is still a decision.

Our program isn’t about masking symptoms. It’s about changing the trajectory of your joints and your future.

If you’re tired of “managing” and ready to actually improve…

Every 12 weeks we get to witness something really special.

Not a miracle.Not a quick fix.

Real people choosing to stop waiting for arthritis to decide their future.

This group didn’t just learn information — they applied it.Week after week they worked on nutrition, movement, supplements, and daily habits… even when progress felt slow.

And then something starts to happen.

Pain decreases.Mobility returns.Confidence grows.Life slowly opens back up again.

That’s what this video represents.

Not perfection.Not overnight change.

Commitment.

Arthritis can make people feel powerless. What we watched over these 12 weeks was people taking that power back.

We are incredibly proud of them and grateful they trusted us with their health journey 💚

If someone has been told “this is just how it will be from now on,” they should know there are things they can do.

Our next Arthritis Movement Academy group will be opening soon.

Comment “ARTHRITIS” and we’ll send the details.

Ever feel like your joints flare up after certain meals… but you’re not sure why?

That’s not random — and it’s not “just arthritis.”

What you eat can either fuel inflammation or help calm it down.
And no, this isn’t about dieting, perfection, or cutting out everything you enjoy.

For arthritis, nutrition is about support — giving your body what it needs to reduce stress on your joints.

Inside our 5-day Arthritis Mini Course, we dive into:
• simple anti-inflammatory foods
• common triggers that sneak up on people
• how to eat in a way that actually supports joint health

Small changes. Big impact.

If arthritis has been calling the shots, this is where you start.

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY POWER SNACK

Ingredients
• ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt if dairy-free)
• ½ cup wild blueberries (fresh or frozen)
• 1 tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds
• 1 tbsp walnuts, finely chopped
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• Optional: drizzle of raw honey or manuka honey

Why this works for arthritis
• Blueberries → rich in anthocyanins that reduce joint inflammation
• Walnuts + flax/chia → omega-3 fats for pain and stiffness
• Greek yogurt → protein + probiotics for gut-joint connection
• Cinnamon → helps lower inflammatory markers & stabilize blood sugar

💡 Tip: Blood sugar swings = inflammation spikes. This snack keeps things steady.

This is self-care.
Not because things are “bad”…
But because we refuse to let them get there.

Self-care isn’t something you reach for only when the pain flares, the migraines hit, or your body finally forces you to stop.

It’s something you practice every single day.

Because arthritis doesn’t suddenly steal your freedom overnight.
It happens quietly.

An ache in the knee becomes:
→ avoiding stairs
→ relying on a cane
→ then a walker
→ then a wheelchair
→ then staying home because it’s just “too much”

And none of that starts with a crisis.
It starts with small signals we ignore.

Rest. Recovery. Nervous system regulation.
Nutrition. Strength. Daily habits.

These aren’t luxuries.
They are the cost of living well for the next 10, 20, 30 years.

Our goal isn’t just to reduce pain today.
It’s to protect your independence, mobility, and vitality for decades.

You don’t wait for your house to burn down to install smoke detectors.
So why wait for your body to break down before taking care of it?

✨ Make the changes now.
✨ Do the work before it’s urgent.
✨ Choose daily self-care so you can continue to live fully, boldly, and vivaciously.

Your future body is counting on what you do today.

If this message hits home, it might be time to stop dabbling and start committing. 💛

If this made you uncomfortable, that’s okay.
Comfort doesn’t create change.

Your benefits are a tool, not a ceiling.
And your health is worth more than a yearly reset date.

If you’re done dabbling and ready to commit,
we’re here.

As this year comes to a close, we’re sitting in deep gratitude.

Grateful for every person who trusted us with their body, their pain, and their hope.
Grateful for the conversations that turned into breakthroughs.
Grateful for the small wins that don’t always show up on an X-ray—but change lives.

Arthritis is not just about joints.
It’s about resilience.
It’s about showing up on the hard days.
It’s about choosing progress over perfection.

This year, we are most grateful for the reminder that real change happens when education, consistency, and support come together—not quick fixes, not passive care.

As we step into a new year, know this:
You are capable of more strength, more movement, and more life than you’ve been led to believe.

Thank you for being part of The Arthritis Movement.
We’re just getting started.

✨ Here’s to moving forward—stronger, informed, and empowered.
