My swing may be ugly… but it works! 😂⛳️
And honestly? That’s exactly how arthritis health works too.

It doesn’t have to look perfect.
It just has to be consistent.

I keep doing my DAILY 5 so I can keep coming back to play for years to come — ugly swing and all:

✨ NUTRITION – fueling my joints so they stay happy

Morning rituals that keep my body and my arthritis happy ✨

There’s something magical about starting the day with intention.
For me, it’s the hot tub, a cup of warm bone broth with a little miso, and a few minutes of quiet before the world wakes up.

🦴 Bone broth + miso = gut-loving goodness
This combo supports gut lining, helps prevent leaky gut, and keeps inflammation down — a major key for managing arthritis from the inside out. A calm, nourished gut = calmer joints.

❄️ And while the lake is officially iced over… Dr. Sean’s cold dips are NOT over.
We’ve brought out the cold plunge tub and set it to 3–5°C so the cold exposure continues all winter.

Every morning, Dr. Sean walks down to the lake for his cold dip.
Not because it’s easy.
Not because it’s comfortable.
