As we become accustomed to reacting to our world in a predictable way, inversions teach us through both physical example and metaphor that there is always another way to approach the situation/person/problem.
My first wheel pose since giving birth, also called Chakrasana and Urdhva Danurasana, can look like the arc of a rainbow. It represents the rainbow bridge of the chakras, electromagnetic fields that can be thought of as vortexes of subtle energy that ascend along the length of the spine.
Connect to source and mother earth each day to keep a clear channel of energy flowing. It helps us see clearly through the veil of the matrix.
