Happy New Year, friends and colleagues!

I’m excited to announce the launch of Collaborative Connections, an Integrative Health Mastermind designed as a collaborative, case-based community for health professionals who want to deepen their clinical thinking and connect with like-minded peers.

This is a supportive, interactive space to:
• Discuss complex or challenging client cases
• Share integrative and functional clinical strategies
• Support one another in both clinical work and business
• Build meaningful referral relationships
• Reduce professional isolation and burnout

🗓 Bi-monthly Zoom meetings
⏰ Wednesdays at 12:00 PM EST, starting February 11
🎥 Sessions recorded for those who can’t attend live

👥 Designed for regulated health professionals, particularly those working in Ontario, Canada, including dietitians, nurse practitioners, physicians, naturopaths, chiropractors, psychologists, social workers, physiotherapists, osteopaths, and others with an integrative lens.

✨ Summer = Gut Health Season ✨

If you’ve been thinking about getting your digestion back on track, consider this your sign.

Summer makes gut-friendly routines feel a little easier:
☀️ Fresh seasonal foods
🥗 Lighter meals
🏃‍♀️ More time outdoors
🧘‍♀️ A natural shift toward slower, intentional living

When stress levels drop, your nervous system shifts into “rest and digest” mode—and that’s where gut healing really begins.

✨ Vagus Nerve = Gut Magic ✨

If your gut feels off during times of stress… that’s not a coincidence!

Your gut is home to trillions of microbes that influence digestion, immunity, and even your mood. The best way to support them? Feed them.

This week in our Gut Health Challenge, we’re focusing on prebiotics, resistant starch, and polyphenols—powerful food components that fuel your beneficial gut bacteria! ✨

Some easy ideas to try:
✔️ A cold lentil or potato salad
✔️ Overnight oats with berries and chia
✔️ A square of dark chocolate with green tea
✔️ Pasta salad with olive oil, herbs, and veggies
