This is the energy I am feeling right now after just finishing up our meeting with Dr. Carli, the founder of The Spinal Flow Technique!! Her wisdom is so expansive and invaluable! ♥️

I now have a clearer vision of what is needed moving forward for myself and my practice…. and a little bit of homework to create the structure I need!

I am so grateful to be here, to Dr. Carli for her brilliance ✨ to Bess and the rest of the facilitator team, and to my fellow Event Team members, you all shine in your own beautiful and unique ways and have taught me so much in such a short amount of time!

What a beautiful day so far, holding space for those on the program to connect and release that deeply stored emotion 🥰 It truly is an honour to witness!

The energy in the room was palpable and filled with so much love ♥️

I also had a few students come up to me expressing trust and gratitude of my presence, which filled my heart even more! It is so magical watching the students find their confidence, their groove and their trust in this beautiful modality! 🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼

What an incredible journey so far here in Cancun, Mexico!!

Today was Day 3, and the time is flying by! We are busy from sun up until sun down, and I wouldn’t trade this experience for anything! 🤩

Today, the students learned how to bring their heart and intention into their healing sessions, and it was beautiful to watch and hold space for them on this transformative journey 💖 I’m looking forward to tomorrow, and seeing them take it even further!

My heart is so full…. The Spinal Flow Technique is incredible and Dr Carli, Bess, Malcolm, Shawn and Christina have all been phenomenal at supporting the 12 of us on the Event Team. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🙏🏼🌊

Now it’s time to rest up for tomorrow!! 🤩
