Yesterday OutLaws held our elections for the 2019-2020 executive board. The results are as follows:

President: Cory Gutterman
Vice-President: Mariah Herfi
Treasurer: Jeremiah Foley
3L Class Representative: Shane Kumar

In preparation for the 2019-2020 academic year, OutLaws will have the executive board election on April 10, 2019 in room 239 from 1:00pm-2:00pm. The following positions are available for the upcoming year:

1. President
2. Vice-President
3. Secretary
4. Treasurer

We had a great time last night with the Windsor OutLaws! They put on an amazing drag show with all proceeds going to Rainbow Railroad!

This Giving Tuesday OutLaws donated our bake sale proceeds to Freedom House Detroit! They were so thankful and want to come visit Detroit Mercy Law in the future!

Thank you to Dr. Agustin V. Arbulu, Director of the Michigan Department of Civil Rights, and Prof. Archibald for speaking about the Michigan Civil Rights Commission accepting complaints of discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identification. This was a great collaboration with the American Constitution Society!
