Yesterday, the BTHC Foundation helped bring our Obstetrics team together with Manitoba Angel Dresses to accept the donation of a Cuddle Cot. BTHC was one of four facilities to receive this gift, funded by Manitoba Angel Dresses’ calendar sales.
A Cuddle Cot is a special cooling system that allows grieving families more time with their little one, supporting memory-making and important moments that aid in grief and healing.
Manitoba Angel Dresses is a nonprofit organization, providing hand-sewn angel outfits to families experiencing infant loss. We are so honoured to be part of this meaningful donation. Thank you. ❤

With your support, the BTHC Foundation has purchased an Obie mobile projector. This interactive projector transforms any space into a place for games and activities, supporting a patient's cognitive, sensory, physical, and social stimulation. The Obie is an excellent tool for stroke rehabilitation, or engaging those with dementia. With a variety of programming available and adaptable level of difficulty, there is something to enrich every patient's stay at BTHC.
