Realcare would not be what it is today if not for its excellent staff who continue to raise the bar in delivering healthcare and personalized services for our clients.

This month we shine the spotlight on Tetiana who has been providing exemplary service reflecting Realcare’s values since May 2024.
Tetiana and her family moved to Winnipeg from Ukraine in April 2023. She and her husband and two children are happy with their new life in Canada.
Growing up with a grandmother who had health issues, Tetiana has the skills and sensitivity needed to care for others.

She is thankful for the opportunity to work at a job she loves and she appreciates the positive feedback she receives from clients. Tetiana also loves the fact that Winnipeggers are caring and happy people.

“When you pass someone on the street and they are smiling and asking how you are, it makes you feel good too.”

This month, we join organizations worldwide in raising awareness, breaking stigma, and encouraging open conversations about pain management and support.

We were proud to support the 2025 Urban Retreats Garden Tour, a self-guided tour of the Gardens of Deer Lodge.

At Realcare, all of our staff are certified in First Aid and CPR so they can be there with the knowledge and confidence to help the people we serve when they need it most.
