We are honoured to sponsor Love Takes Flight, Palliative Manitoba’s 4th Annual Butterfly Release—a meaningful community event that celebrates remembrance, love, and legacy.

Live butterflies may be reserved for a $40 donation and released at the event in memory of a loved one. If you’re unable to attend, a volunteer will release the butterfly on your behalf. All donations are fully receipted and support Palliative Manitoba’s Endowment Fund, helping ensure compassionate care for years to come.

We invite our community, partners, and families to join us for this beautiful and heartfelt event.

Featuring Staff Excellence 📣

Realcare would not be what it is today if not for its excellent staff who continue to raise the bar in delivering healthcare and personalized services for our clients.

This month we shine the spotlight on Tetiana who has been providing exemplary service reflecting Realcare’s values since May 2024.
Tetiana and her family moved to Winnipeg from Ukraine in April 2023. She and her husband and two children are happy with their new life in Canada.
Growing up with a grandmother who had health issues, Tetiana has the skills and sensitivity needed to care for others.

She is thankful for the opportunity to work at a job she loves and she appreciates the positive feedback she receives from clients. Tetiana also loves the fact that Winnipeggers are caring and happy people.

“When you pass someone on the street and they are smiling and asking how you are, it makes you feel good too.”

Living with pain can be invisible but it is never insignificant. Chronic pain affects millions of people, shaping their daily lives in ways that often go unseen.

At Realcare, we recognize the challenges faced by those living with pain, as well as their caregivers. Our team is committed to compassionate, person-centered support that meets people where they are, with dignity and respect.

This month, we join organizations worldwide in raising awareness, breaking stigma, and encouraging open conversations about pain management and support.

We were proud to support the 2025 Urban Retreats Garden Tour, a self-guided tour of the Gardens of Deer Lodge.
