Remembrance Day the pause the reminder of the sacrifice given by so many. No matter how we feel about what is happening in our world, today we leave that and we stand in honour and remembrance of those who served. Those who never came home and those who came home with the physical and emotional scars. We thank you!!

I have always been honest to a fault. It is weird because I know sometimes my circle is smaller due to this, people don't always appreciate this quality. We live in a world where fake people are glorified, faking there way through life..fake laughs, fake compliments. Chameleons pretending to be whatever is wanted in that moment.
I will always be just me and you should be too. Be true to you. Integrity is a virtue and even though your circle maybe smaller it will always have more value.

I used to be this way. I felt I was nobody if I wasn't busy. I felt I had no worth if I didn't have goals. I felt like I needed to accomplish something, another course another this another that. Always trying to find ways to fill me. Then my life fell apart in so many ways in areas I could not control and I had no say. The strangest thing was I learned to relax. I learned to step back and for the first time I really learned how to pause.

Try it. Life happens so fast enjoy the slow moments.
