How big is your BUT?

No, not your butt — your BUT.

BUTs are your excuses — the “yeah, but…” phrases that keep you stuck in the same cycle, overthinking and under-doing.

They sound like this:

• I want to lose weight, BUT I love pizza too much.

• I want to get fit, BUT I have no time for the gym.

• I want to eat healthier, BUT my family won’t like it.

• I want to drink more water, BUT water is B-O-R-I-N-G.

• I want to sleep more, BUT I can’t get to bed before 11:30.

• I want to start today, BUT my birthday’s coming up.

• I want to be consistent, BUT I just can’t.

Sound familiar? Those BUTs are holding you back.

Those buts and the belief that in order to shrink your butt, you have to:

❌ Give up pizza
❌ Spend endless hours in the gym
❌ Create a perfect routine

But (yes, this is a good but):

🍕 Pizza and weight loss can coexist
💪 Fitness and busy schedules can coexist
✨ Building habits that actually last is possible without giving up the life you love

So the question is: are you ready to lose your BUTs?

💬 If you’re done letting excuses run the show and you want health to finally feel doable — send me a message. I’d love to help.

𝐓𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫?

This year, let’s make it stick. My 8-week program helps you build lasting habits & feel your best.

🗓 Starts Sept 8 — DM me or drop HABITS for more info!

"𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭. 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝?"

Ever said or felt that?

You ate chicken breast and salads, you skipped wine and passed on dessert all week.

But then came Friday lunch and you “cheated.”

You had the fries instead of the salad. Nothing wild .. just fries.

And just like that, the negative self talk started.

“Ugh. Of course. I screwed it up. Again.”

So when you got home, you poured a glass of wine. And then another because why not? The day was already wrecked!

Next came pizza. A few cookies. Then the chips. You parked yourself on the couch, binged watch TV and tried not to feel what you were feeling.

And maybe the hardest part?

Your family saw it.

They saw you unravel - again.

You felt embarrassed and ashamed, like a walking example of what not to do.

But hear this - This is not a failure. This is a cycle.

A cycle created by a diet culture that teaches you your worth is tied to food choices, and that one “bad” meal means you blew it.

You didn’t fail. The system failed you.

You don’t need more discipline. You need a different approach. One that makes room for real life, real food, and real emotions.

This is exactly what I help women unlearn — and rebuild.

So if you’re tired of starting over every Monday and feeling broken by Friday, DM me or comment “ENOUGH” — and let’s talk about what it looks like to get off the hamster wheel for good.

You can’t spell diet without die.

And let’s be honest, a lot of things seem to die when we’re stuck in the diet cycle. Things like:

🔹Our joy

🔹 Our confidence

🔹 Our ability to trust ourselves

🔹 Our belief that change is even possible

Each time we start over, full of hope, motivation, and “this time will be different” energy, we chip away at our self-worth when it doesn't last.

We learn to doubt our bodies, to label food as good or bad, to disconnect from hunger, fullness, and pleasure, to equate thinness with value and “cheat” with shame.

That’s not wellness. That's survival mode - and you deserve better!

You deserve to feel strong and energized, not obsessed and exhausted.

You deserve to move your body with joy, not punishment.

You deserve to eat without guilt

You deserve to live without constantly calculating your worth in calories or macros.

If you're ready to stop dying inside to shrink your outside, if you're ready to live well — not just lose weight — I'd love to chat!

Who else is looking forward to September? 🍂

For me, September always feels like a fresh start. The cooler weather, the shifting light, the beautiful fall colors — it all stirs up that back-to-school energy, even if the days of new backpacks and pencils are long behind me.

That sense of new beginnings is alive and well — and it’s the perfect time to focus on YOU.

We’ve got four months left in 2025. Let’s make them count.

My 8-week Back to School Nutrition Program starts September 8th. It’s built for women who want to lose weight, boost energy, and build healthy habits without dieting drama.

DM me to get on the early list — spots are limited.

The good news is, this program doesn't mean you actually have to go back to the classroom. I mean, who has time for that! Just a fun pic from a day at a museum.

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿?

For me, September always feels like a fresh start. The cooler weather, the shifting light, the beautiful fall colors — it all stirs up that back-to-school energy, even if the days of new backpacks and pencils are far behind me.

That feeling of new beginnings and opportunities is alive and well.

We’re now heading into the last four months of the year — a perfect time to reset and focus on YOU.

If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to take charge of your health in a way that actually fits your life, this might just be it.

I’m launching my Back to School Nutrition Program on September 8th — a gentle, sustainable 8-week reset designed especially for women 40+ who want to lose weight, build real nutrition skills, and feel confident without dieting drama.

Interested? Drop a comment or DM me and I’ll make sure you get first dibs when registration opens.

Let’s make these last months count — together (but led by you).

“𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐒𝐎 𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐬𝐰𝐚𝐩𝐬. 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐞.”

You’re not trying to sabotage your health. You’re just done pretending that a mashed banana and oat blob is the same as an oreo cookie!

You’re tired — physically, mentally, emotionally.

You’re juggling work deadlines, your kids’ activities, your mom’s appointments, and dinner complaints from people who don’t even know what a grocery list looks like.

And you're tired of trying to swap out and adapt all your favourites meals to maximize protein and fibre and minimize carbs and calories.

You'd like to just be able to eat a cookie without guilt, to not have to explain why you’re over protein pancakes and to just feel 𝑛𝑜𝑟𝑚𝑎𝑙 around food again.

And I get it.

Yes, there are some food swaps that are easy and most importantly, taste good!

But that doesn't mean 𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑦𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑔 has to be swapped.

You don’t have to apologize for wanting the real thing.

You want to enjoy food and feel good in your body.

You want to stop obsessing and start living.

You want to eat the damn cookie - and not spiral afterward.

That’s where I come in.

Not with more rules, but with real-life support to help you build something sustainable — no counting, tracking, or choking down yogurt bark required.

Ready to unlearn the food noise and find a way of eating that actually works for you AND gets you the results you want?

Let’s chat. Cookie-lovers welcome

“𝗜’𝗺 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘁. 𝗜’𝗱 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘄 𝗴𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀.”

That’s what she said as she juggled her water bottle, her kid’s cleats, an "urgent" email from her boss and a last-minute text from her mom needing a ride to an appointment.

She works full-time, tries to be present for her kids (who, naturally, have soccer and dance practice at the exact same time on opposite sides of town), and she’s somehow become the default caregiver for everyone.

She's tired. She's pulled in a hundred directions.

And the thought of measuring food, counting macros, or giving up ice cream is enought to make her scream.

She knows something has to change — but the idea of “starting a diet” feels like one more weight to carry. One more thing she’ll do halfway. One more thing that won’t last.

That’s where I come in.

I can’t drive the carpool or solve the mystery of why no one in the house knows where the good snacks are…

But I can help take the overwhelm out of making healthier choices.

No rigid plans. No impossible rules. Just doable steps that fit into real life — yes, your real life. The messy, busy, beautiful one you're living right now.

You don’t need another diet.
You need a plan that actually makes sense for you.

Ready to make peace with food and still have energy left over for your life?

Let’s chat. I’ll help you get started — no glass chewing required.

A client messaged me from her car.

“I only ate half the fries!"

She’d been on the road, feeling tired and hungry. She hit the drive-thru, like she’d done countless times before.

But this time was different.

Instead of eating on the run, she pulled over.

She paused. She watched the sunset.

She chose presence over autopilot.

She ate slowly, without judgment.

And, with all those small shifts, she didn’t eat all the fries. She stopped when they were only half done.

And, even more importantly, for the first time in a long time, she didn’t feel guilty about the ones she did eat.

There were so many wins there.

When we started working together, she wouldn't have seen the wins. She'd have felt bad for giving in, for going through the drive thru, for eating fries.

But now, not only did she see the wins, she felt comfortable sharing and celebrating them.

That is progress.

Progress is recognizing all wins, even small ones, can be celebrated, instead of insisting on perfection.

Progress is letting go of the "all or nothing" mindset.

Progress is to just keep on going, imperfectly, one day at a time, instead of quitting and restarting on Monday - again.

That's what I help women do. Not just lose weight, but build true wellness — one choice, one moment, one win at a time.

Ready to redefine what progress looks like for you?

Let’s talk. Message me or check the link in bio to get started.

Our body lets us know when it’s feeling neglected, uncared for, ignored.

Sometimes it whispers.

Sometimes it yells.

A tight back, restless sleep, low energy, constant tension…

These aren’t just random annoyances.

Those are messages. Signals. Warnings.

Your body wants to feel good — and it’s asking for your attention.

You don’t need a total life overhaul.

Just small acts of care, consistently.

Move. Rest. Nourish. Breathe.

Your body will thank you — and it might even start whispering "thank you" back. 💛
