On low energy days, we really don't feel like moving!
Movement is what will make you feel like you have more energy, though!
Grueling exercise is exhausting, but that's not all exercise - there are many forms of exercise that actually give more energy than they take ♡
Whether it's jumping around and getting your limbs shaking, tai chi, yoga, a gentle walk, or something else you prefer, movement is medicine.
