Most workdays don’t feel overwhelming because of one big thing.

It’s the steady build.
One meeting into the next.
One decision after another.
Your attention moving faster than your body ever gets a chance to.

Your nervous system notices that pace.

That’s where micro habits come in.
Small, repeatable resets that take less than a minute but gently shift the rhythm of your day.

Things like:

• One round of box breathing (inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4) before opening the next email
• Rolling your shoulders after a meeting ends
• Letting your eyes look away from the screen for a few seconds
• Standing up before starting the next task
• Pausing long enough to notice your feet on the floor and return to the present moment

Tiny actions.
Easy to return to.

And when those micro habits show up throughout the day, they create small pockets of calm your nervous system will thank you for.
