No matter what size you are your doing good

I’ve been a 6-16 , all at different stages of my life. Like many the last year has hit me hard. With lack of motivation, structure and overall stress that has made it difficult to be consistent.

I don’t look other people and think oh man he or she must...... (insert judgement)

So I don’t know why I’ve been so hard on myself. Making it difficult to focus on the here and now. Be kind to yourself. Treat yourself with kind words and thoughts. 💙

Truth: There are days when I just want to chill, binge eat and watch some mindless show. I definitely do have these days... and with out guilt do NOTHING.
But I know this will not get me any further to my goals. I’m ok with this, the reason I’m ok with this is because I believe in the saying “ in moderation “
I know I will not do this often but I allow my self to have these times with out guilt and any shame.
Most day’s I work towards my goals, no matter the size. Big steps or baby steps I know I’ll get there.
It took me a LONG TIME to mentally be ok with not always be on the go. I felt shame, guilt that I’m not being the best mom wife or friend etc. I am by far my worst critic and I would be the first person to cut myself down. But over time I have learned to love myself and LISTEN to my body.
Sometimes doing nothing is ok, give yourself permission to rest. 🧡💛💜

You will receive information on the Yin practice, mindful techniques and a journal. If your not able to attend a live class they will be saved in a page for you.
