CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee amount to 75% of your appointments rate.
While there are many reasons needed for cancelling, repeated last minute cancellations have required me to update and enforce this policy.

You will be asked to complete an acknowledgement of this updated policy at your next appointment, and we will be asking for a credit that will be held in confidence and only charged upon cancellation. This will not be used as a form of payment for regular appointments.

For clients who repeatedly cancel within the 24 hours' notice period, we will re-evaluate a possible hiatus of care.

Thank you to all my clients for their understanding on this necessary policy change.

Hi there, this is me with my son. (I have his permission to post) ☺️

For those on this page that don’t know much about me and for those that would like to share information about me; I’m a Registered Certified Reflexologist. A mom to this little man and a stepmom to 3. Our home and inevitably my practice has two fur babies. (Cats) I believe in a more natural approach to healing and self care. The products that I use on you while you are in clinic are organic and homemade.

I’ve spent the last 5 years studying the practice of reflexology, gua sha, acupressure and the links between the practices. I’ve also gone beyond in my studies. Consistently keeping abreast of various changes to not only the services I provide but nutrition, physio, acupuncture and more. I will continue to learn and grow to serve my clients better in any way I can.

Why is this important? Because each holistic practice; and I lump chiropractic and physio, yoga, reflexology all in this category because they all have their unique benefits. Benefits on their own and heightened when used in conjunction with each other to speed the healing process.

I could go on really about the benefits of reflexology! But I believe that the best way is to experience this service for yourself. Your body and mind will forever be grateful you did.

What to expect when receiving a Reflexology Treatment.

Here in my clinic we start each treatment with a healing and beneficial foot soak.

During this time I will ask if there have been any changes in health, mental well being or just chat. We then transition you on to the table where a site evaluation will take place. Colouring and calluses etc provides me information on what might be happening, or at the very least lead me into more questions of how you've been feeling.

Then we start with some relaxation techniques and into the treatment.

Some clients come simply because its the most relaxing experience they experience. Others we go into a condition specific treatment.

IBS, Hormone specific, reduction of anxiety and depression, fertility and more SO much more.

Theresa is moving on to build her own practice in her home town of East St Paul, and we wish her all the prosperity she can handle as she grows in her place.

Theresa's last day will be September 29, so you still have time to book in with Theresa to say a personal good-bye if you wish.
Thank you so much, Theresa, for your good care and passion for Reflexology that you shared with the patients you saw during your time with us. We know that many will miss you on a professional level, and many more still will miss you on a personal level.

I'm a strong believer that our schools are not the ones to address this.

As a parent, therapist, I believe there are avenues; many avenues we can take that separate a teachers responsibility to be both educator and therapist.

School Boards should take more action to aid the schools as we move forward in a new era of mental health.

With that...Reflexology is an amazing form of therapeutic restructuring of the neurological system. I've helped my own son many times as we navigated through the hell of Epilepsy. There are very defined and structured Reflexology protocols to help anyone dealing with mental health challenges.

Myofascial release.
It is an alternative medicine therapy claimed to be useful for treating skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.
Reflexology works with your bodies systems and reflexes to release from the inside out. A deep, relaxing therapy, that can at times prove to be a significant alternative therapy or complementary therapy to the myofascial release executed by a Physio Therapist, or Massage Therapist.
