✅Banded Shoulder Openers:
Helpful for opening the chest and improving shoulder mobility
✅Kneeling Lat Stretch:
Helpful for stretching our lats and opening up our thoracic spine
✅Thread the Needle:
Good for stretching the muscles around our ribs and back as well as thoracic spine mobility

My name is Johanna Seier, and I am the founder of The Fit Girl Gang.
I was inspired to create The Fit Girl Gang to give women anywhere in the world the solution to what has been missing in the health and fitness industry. The purpose of TFGG is to create a global fitness community of women that support and empower each other to achieve our goals together. The Fit Girl Gang provides the strategic continuous programming of a trainer in order to guarantee the results you want, along with the support of myself and the other women taking part in the program at the exact same time as you. You aren't stuck doing a "guide" alone anymore because TFGG means taking part in this program with hundreds of other women at the exact same time, and having their support the entire way.
My dream with The Fit Girl Gang is to create the strongest and most supportive fitness community in the world. The Fit Girl Gang is about building real relationships, helping each other stay motivated and accountable, smashing our fitness goals, and learning to love ourselves no matter what throughout every stage of our lives.
Okay so what is it?
TFGG is the first online community that opens membership on a specific start date so that we take on the 10-week fitness program together as a team.
We connect 24/7 through private gang member Facebook group where we all share out experiences, ask questions, discuss topics, help others, and have continuous support at all times.
There are 2 Facebook Live Chats each week for gang members where I answer your questions in real time, share my own tips and tricks for getting the best results and feeling amazing, and talk about all topics related to internal and external health & fitness.
TFGG follows a strategic training program designed to drastically improve your overall fitness (strength and cardio) and help you achieve your ideal body composition (aka get you lean, toned, and feeling incredible).
You will receive your workouts bi-weekly in downloadable PDFs called "Blocks". Each week consists of 5 workouts with photos and detailed written explanations on how to get the absolute most out of every one. Each Block includes different external and internal fitness challenges so you can watch yourself progress!
I coach you on how to properly perform every exercise in your program each week through your online Video Reference. I also explains how to modify and advance each movement as your fitness level progresses.
As a member, you get access to continuously updated video content on different tips and tricks to improve. Each time you receive a new Workout Block, you get access to new videos so you continue to learn. These are being added to continuously, so as a TFGG member you are alerted as soon as new videos are available!
With each block, you will get access to continuously updated videos on nutritional info to change the way you think about food and help you understand how to eat to reach your goals and also feel your best long term. Videos cover topics like how to track and understand macros, restaurant guides and how to eat out with friends, how to plan your treat meals, and TONS of tips and tricks to up your nutrition game. We also cover mental health practices such as creating daily mantras, and practicing self-love and body positivity throughout every stage of our lives.
Your TFGG Recipe Bank is complete with Smoothies, Sweet & Savoury Breakfasts, Salads, Sandwiches, A Food Prep Guide, Snacks, and Desserts, each with an exact Macronutrient Breakdown! These recipes are added to continuously, and you'll be updated each time there are more available for you to try!
Arguably the most important thing about joining The Fit Girl Gang is that there is no "end". TFGG isn't a quick fix diet or even an e-book that you complete and then forget about. Once you join, you're a gang member for life. You will learn how to create permanent fitness and mindset changes that will last forever, and get access to continuous challenges, recipes, and informative videos so you always continue to evolve and grow.
As part of TFGG you get access into every exclusive TFGG event that takes place! The events are gang members only and completely free! You get to meet and connect with women in your TFGG community, sweat together, and create meaningful relationships over what you've achieved together.
