Welcome to BYOB: Bring Your Own Baby🍼💗🐣💪

Our 14-week postnatal training program for new moms on mat leave who want to build strength, do something for themselves, and bond with other incredible women who are going through the same thing.

🗓️Start Date: May 4th, 2026

📍Locations:
The Gang Fitness Club
The Gang Downtown

Schedule: every Monday, Wednesday & Friday with multiple start times to choose from

This Program Includes:

→ 14-week progressive overload program with 3 sessions / week to build strength, transform your fitness level and how you feel in your body

→ A certified Nanny from at every session so you get support caring for your little one and can get more out of your workouts

→ Lifting Seminar with your trainers and a Physiotherapist to learn how how to complete all lifts with proper form AND utilize your breath to properly strengthen your pelvic floor and repair abdominal separation

→ Support from your trainer for whatever you need when it comes to additional workouts, modifications, holiday workouts, mobility routines, and emotional support

→ Wellness Day with our panel of experts to deep dive into your nutrition and strengthen your relationship with your body

→ Weekly Gang Nutrition Education with a special focus on understanding nutrition while breastfeeding and being postpartum

→ Our Accountability Partner Support System

→ Access to over 500 Gang recipes and weekly menus

→ A private virtual support group for clients in the BYOB Program only. Here you’ll have 24/7 support and accountability from your Mom Gang taking this on with you!

→ Our brand new Gang Method to help you stay consistent with your daily habits outside the gym

→ A wrap up celebration! This is your chance to party with your gang and celebrate all of your consistency and hard work

→ Monthly Gang Physio & Meditation Sessions to show your body some love and unwind mentally & physically

→ Mom & Baby photoshoot to celebrate at the end of the program!!!!📸

Support is so important when trying to reach your health goals💞 Did you know that our program includes nutrition workshops?🍒🥙

These are monthly in-person group education sessions led by either Jo or Olivia at each of the gyms.

We want to compliment the information you’re getting in your Gang Nutrition Lessons, and give you the opportunity to get your specific questions answered and discussed in smaller group environment❤️

Sometimes it’s not about what the information is, but the format you hear it in that can really make something click! Olivia and Jo want to help you learn and apply foundational nutrition principles into your routine to simplify your life and make it easier to reach your nutrition goals🙌

What is The Fit Girl Gang?

My name is Johanna Seier, and I am the founder of The Fit Girl Gang.

I was inspired to create The Fit Girl Gang to give women anywhere in the world the solution to what has been missing in the health and fitness industry. The purpose of TFGG is to create a global fitness community of women that support and empower each other to achieve our goals together. The Fit Girl Gang provides the strategic continuous programming of a trainer in order to guarantee the results you want, along with the support of myself and the other women taking part in the program at the exact same time as you. You aren't stuck doing a "guide" alone anymore because TFGG means taking part in this program with hundreds of other women at the exact same time, and having their support the entire way.

My dream with The Fit Girl Gang is to create the strongest and most supportive fitness community in the world. The Fit Girl Gang is about building real relationships, helping each other stay motivated and accountable, smashing our fitness goals, and learning to love ourselves no matter what throughout every stage of our lives.
