It's been a while, it's been busy with life, the pandemic, teaching online and outside and so on .... BUT, I'm back to in-person teaching!!!

Classess will be Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:30 pm!!!

NEW LOCATION - 29 Clarke St. N - Alicia from Bam Bouncers-Kangoo Club Woodstock has been very kind in sharing her amazing, high-energy, space for our yoga classes!!!

Classes begin Sept 21, 2021 for 6 weeks.

Pricing: (includes taxes)
All classes - $84 ($7/class)
Half the classes - $54 ($9/class)
Drop-in - $12/class
