It’s been a while since I’ve shown up here. Over the past several months, I stepped back from teaching Qigong, from hosting retreats, and even from posting. Instead, I gave myself space to breathe, to learn, and to listen deeply to what my body was asking of me.

This pause wasn’t accidental — it was necessary.

During this time, I completed my Somatic Coaching certification, immersed myself in my own healing, and gained so much clarity about the work I feel called to share.

I’m excited to be returning here again.

It feels fitting to return with a photo at the beach — taken at the end of a weekend of connection with my fellow students following our graduation. Standing by the ocean, I was reminded how every step in the sand leaves a mark and, like the tides, our body also knows how to return home.

I have some beautiful offerings in the works — supportive, grounding, and designed to help women release what their bodies are holding so they can reduce stress, relieve tension, and reconnect with their true selves.
