Today we celebrate the women who keep our world moving.

The women who wake up early to care for their families before the sun rises.
The women who show up for their communities even when they are tired.
The women who lift others up, cheer from the sidelines, and create space for others to grow.

At MNDFL, we are surrounded by women who lead with strength, compassion, resilience, and heart. Women who balance careers, motherhood, friendships, challenges, and dreams—yet still carve out time to move, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.

Our world truly runs because of women like you.

You are the teachers who guide with knowledge and passion.
You are the movers who show up to build strength and confidence.
You are the mothers, daughters, sisters, mentors, and friends who create the foundation of our communities.

We’re so excited to welcome Mia to the MNDFL Movement Studio teaching team!

Mia is a Mat Pilates instructor trained in NEU Pilates, bringing a thoughtful, nervous-system–informed approach to movement. Her classes focus on building strength, improving mobility, and helping you reconnect with how your body moves and feels — so you leave feeling strong, grounded, and supported.

My Story

Thank you so much for visiting my page! I'm so excited you're here learning about MNDFL Movement Studio!

My name's Taylor and I have a deep love and appreciation for ones' ability to use movement to attain so many different outcomes. Such as: gaining strength, recovering from injury, increased mobility, being your very best self, peace of mind, enlivened spirits, feeling sexy, confidence and empowerment and SO much more.

​I'm also a dance teacher, a lover of all things outdoors, adventure seeker, and a total Jurassic Park Fan...not a fan of mosquitos. I am extremely passionate about continuous growth and learning. My ideal weekend? An outdoor adventure of any kind with the ones I love, exploring this beautiful earth OR a close second...in the studio of course!

I come from a dance background (20+ years) with my training in RAD Ballet (Examined up to Advanced 2 Vocational), Jazz, Lyrical, Novelty and Stretch. Currently, working towards my Pilates Instructor Certification. I have completed my Essential & Intermediate Reformer Instructor Course (taken at the CPC) along with Functional Anatomy Course (taken through Embody Pilates), Injuries & Special Populations (CPC), Progression Ballet Technique Certified, and Functional Anatomy (CPC).
