I use a highly effective blend of Eastern and Western massage techniques. The focus of this form of treatment is to release pain from the body.

From the East, the knowledge of meridians, acupressure points and Thai stretching; from the West, the insights into trigger points, the deep fascial work of Rolfing, the flowing moves of Swedish massage and insights from osteopathy. Aus dem Osten, das Wissen über die Meridiane, Akkupressurpunkte und Thai Stretching; aus dem Westen, die Erkenntnisse der Trigger Point Therapie, aus dem Rolfing die Bearbeitung der tiefen Faszien, die flüssigen Bewegungen der Schwedischen Massage, sowie Kenntnisse aus der Osteopathie. Der Fokus dieser Form der Behandlung liegt in der Befreigung des Körpers von Schmerzen.
