My heart is filled with love, gratitude and so many beautiful memories after spending 3 weeks in Dharamsala to reconnect with myself, regain my strength and find my inner balance again 🙏

A little more then a year ago, I quit my regular job to follow my inner vision wholeheartedly. Little did I know back then that this vision would shake my whole life to the ground. It was a year of starting to build something new while my old ground was taken away bit by bit as my new life started to take form. There were many backs and forth and I had to let go of so much internally as well as externally. It was a much needed and very painful process for which I am so grateful now 🙏

India has given me so much in this lifetime, a journey and love that started 20 years ago, my spiritual home 💙 Deep bows of gratitude to for my introduction to Ayurveda and the Panchakarma treatments since then that have always helped me to heal and connect to deeper layers within myself. I would also like to thank from the bottom of my heart for helping me integrate and embody these energies into my physical vessel after the treatments. Your creativity and vision have no bounds. My deep love also goes out to everyone at Trimurti restaurant who have always made me feel at home and Ashwani who has become family for me in those 20 years 🙏

I already miss Bhagsu and I hope to be able to spend more time there in the future but for now Vienna will become my next home base as I take the next steps of my journey starting in April ✨

I am so excited to see, feel and experience the next part of my journey and I thank all of you who have travelled so far with me 💙

✨QHHT session experience – A group of healers on a quest ✨

With an open heart, I invite you to explore this deeply personal experience of Marina, where she was first taken to a life where she was a healer in ancient Rome and where she was part of a group of 4 healers that are supposed to reunite again in this current lifetime. Marina was then taken to a scene in her current life as a baby where she emanated strong light from her body. Finally Marina was shown an existence of her as an entire forest experiencing itself during Spring and Winter.

After the regression I ask to speak to the client’s Higher Self to help us understand why it showed a client a specific lifetime or different scenes taken from various times and places and what that has to do with the current lifetime of the client as the purpose is to be able to help and support their healing in their current lifetime. Even though the different experiences may seem completely unrelated at the beginning, they always make sense when we connect to the wisdom of the Higher Self and receive the explanation of how everything is connected.

Marina’s Higher Self explained that the first life as a healer was shown to her to help her realize how strong her light is and to help her reunite that group of healers in her current life. She already met one of the group which was shared during the regression itself and they are now searching for the other 2 healers of their group. The scene of herself as a baby was to help her remember the strength of the light she carries within her since birth that always emanates from her. It was also shown to her to support her with increasing her self confidence by activating that memory of her power. The Higher Self then explained the experience of being a forest was to help her remember and be able to feel deeply again how everything is connected. Marina received a powerful healing and the Higher Self showed and explained how everything was connected to questions Marina had regarding her current life.

I am always amazed and humbled by how the subconscious brings so many aspects so wonderfully together in a QHHT session. I never know ahead of time where a client will go as the subconscious leads the whole process. Sometimes people are taken to explore one particular past life or some memories in this current life in order to understand where they are at and what they need to let go of. Sometimes people are also taken to explore several different past lives which can sometimes be difficult to follow at the beginning but once we connect with the Higher Self during the session, all the puzzle pieces fall into place enabling a deep understanding, healing, and trust for and in one’s path.

In this particular session, Antonie jumped to 3 different lives of which one was not even her own. She was first taken to two very different and contrasting past lives – in the first life she was a young soldier exposed to the horrors of war and in the second she was a wealthy farm owner living an abundant life. In the third life she was then taken to revisit an episode of her own father’s childhood to understand her ancestral karma. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Antonie once again for agreeing to share her very personal experience here 🙏

Hi there ✨

I am so pleased to be able to share with you the experience of Antonie during a recent QHHT session in which she wanted to explore a car accident that she has experienced in 2003 where her unconscious body was found 200 meters away from her car. She wanted to understand how that happened as she was alone in the car and she experienced very serious injuries during the accident which made it impossible for her to move her body.
