That's a good idea...

Next step is matching coaches to clubs, making sure there is coaching available for coaches.

What in the French part of Geneva do I need from my local Federation ? Umm. Nothing.

What do I need from my club and town ?
Not a lot. I get a lot. Use of a bus, materials provided for events, free courts, publicity. It's far more than my local Federation is capable of providing.

What do I give to my local club , town ? Image and results. More women, more juniors, more members.

Those new coaches will often not have a clue how to get lessons. I know England squash has marketing material that can be downloaded.

Multisport for kids...allows me to get kids in before they may go to football or tennis.....some will go anyway a bit later..some will stay and some will like squash...some parents will.discover squash
