A traditional fermented beverage made with just a few basic ingredients.
Naturally fermented, beetroot kvass provides organic acids and live bacteria that can support digestion and gut balance.

Ingredients
• 1 kg of raw beetroots (organic if possible)
• 2-4 cloves garlic
• Filtered water (or boiled, cooled)
• Natural salt

How to make
1️⃣ Wash and roughly chop the beetroot + peeled garlic
2️⃣ Place beetroot and garlic into a sterilised glass jar
3️⃣ Dissolve 1 tbsp salt per 1 litre of water
4️⃣ Pour over the vegetables until fully covered
5️⃣ Cover with a cloth and ferment at room temperature for 5–7 days
6️⃣ Taste, then refrigerate once ready

💡 Start with small amounts (2–3 tbsp/day), especially if you’re new to fermented foods - ideal as " fermented shot" to strengthen your immune system in winter.
