Reiki is a natural form of healing. The body and mind are brought to a state of relaxation - through relaxation, blockages are easily released. A Reiki Therapist uses their hands on the energy centers of a clients body to help bring them to a state of relaxation and balance! Or a therapist can also energetically work with clients from a distance.

What does a session entail?

A live video call with me, where we will cover your most pressing topics, bringing them to the surface. Energetically, you will experience a sense of release, while I focus healing Reiki (universal) energy towards you. After your session, you will be given space to reflect on your session - emotions, physical sensations, and ways on how you can continue to bring transformation to your life. Finally, we will close your session with intuitive messages from the Oracle Cards.

Once you learn and become attuned to Reiki energy, it continues to be active within you, even if you do not use it consciously. It is always present and continues to assist you when you most need it!

If you or anyone you know, has been feeling a call to learn Reiki, I would be honoured to teach you. I teach all levels of Reiki online and in-person.
