Hatha Yoga Classes – Pigeon Bay, NZ 🌿
I’m happy to share some Hatha Yoga classes to the community this summer, offering a complete and balanced practice for body, breath, and mind.
Each 1 hour 30 minute session includes:
* Hatha Yoga asana practice, with mindful movement and attention to alignment
* Pranayama (breathing practices) to balance the nervous system and shape Prana
* Meditation and deep relaxation to go beyond the mind
Classes are taught at a steady, accessible pace and are suitable for all levels, including beginners. You’ll be guided with care and options, creating a safe, welcoming space to explore and expand your practice.
🌞 Morning practises are Solar oriented, more actives
🌛 Evening practises are Lunar oriented, more calming
📍 Location: Pigeon Bay Hall
🗓 Schedule for January :
✨ 9 am on the 8th, 19th
✨ 6h30 pm on the 6th, 13th and
26th (to be confirmed)
